Class is canceled tonight because I am not feeling well.
Please hold on to your progress reports and any rewrites you may have until next week. Do not email me any documents.
Assignments for March 9
- Memo on how the timeline you laid out for your group project is meeting your needs. Note any changes you have had to make to it, whether any of your team members have not observed the timeline, and if any drafts have been submitted, talk about them specifically and their quality. Additionally, you may add any other relevant information you wish on the progress of the project.
- Read Chapters 12 (reader-centered graphics) & 13 (designing pages and documents)
- Next week we will have a guest speaker from KOIN Local 6 TV news. To prepare, watch at least one newscast (CBS early mornings or 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6 p.m., 11 p.m.) and visit KOINlocal6.com.
Post questions for our guest, assistant news director Tia York, as a comment below.
See you next week.
Reminder: March 12 is the last day to withdraw from this course.
